YOGA & MIMOSAS

Class description:

A marriage of breath and movement resulting in a music driven, energetic flow designed to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice. Jonny Kest took Ashtanga and broke the rules a little bit (okay, a lot a bit). This class will shift your consciousness by taking you through dynamic sequences of hip and heart openers, inversions, and twists connecting you deeper to your physical, mental, and spiritual self. Be prepared to follow along for the first few classes and settle in knowing that your teachers and community are here to support and lift you up. Physically intense and emotionally liberating.

About Instructor:

Ashley has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2012 when she learned directly from Jonny Kest his unique style of vinyasa yoga. Bringing compassion and empathy to each class she teaches, she encourages each student to move and breathe in a way that is most natural for them creating an opportunity to connect deeper to whats happening inside, rather than outside. Her energetic sequences of postures are designed to create internal body heat that promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
